The Staff of the hotel were very kind and professional; the swimming pool area is very beautifull with many plants and vegetation.
The bathroom was without window and without the electrical fan for air flow. The W.C. is very noisy and you can ear also the noise produced in the other bathrooms.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpsome. Rooms were good and proper cleaned. Breakfast was very good.
They didn't add the small shampoo bottles when they were used up. The breakfast is closing quite early. The location was a bit disappointing, about 1,5 km to kos town and 500m to beach. The aircondition turned off 2 of 4 nights, making the room insanly hot.

A lovely surprise awaits
Upon arrival, we were thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a fine view. The swimming pool environment was well-kept.
We faced some issues with sunbed reservations, as many guests ignored the no-reserving policy. It was frustrating not to find available sunbeds during our short stay.

The location in a very nice area was reasonably priced and great and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Besides, the hotel was within easy walking distance of Lambi Beach.

The pool was lovely and I had local drinks in the pool bar. Besides, I was able to park nearby. Location: the hotel was close to the island, and the Ministry of Tourism for that particular period. Also, Church of Agia Paraskevi...

Pool area severely lacks sunbeds !!! WiFi service is frustratingly poor and unreliable!!! Snacks at the pool bar are embarrassingly inadequate compared to meal offerings!!! Management needs to better address guest concerns!!!

Here's the good and the not-so-good
From good staff hospitality to a sumptuous breakfast, we enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to splendid beaches and attractions.
The bar service was often slow during peak times, which detracted from our experience. Some pool areas were overcrowded with children, limiting our relaxation.

Spent 11 nights in a Beautiful Double Room Pool View. The room had plenty of space, and the cleanliness level was excellent. Loved the food variety at the breakfast, especially the fresh pancakes. The gardens around the hotel are beautifully landscaped and made for a picturesque setting. Pool area looked well maintained. I ran into issues with the WiFi-it was annoyingly poor at times. The dining room felt cramped during peak hours, lacking enough plates and glasses for everyone. There were insufficient sunbeds around the pool. I also noticed some outdated furniture in the dining hall, which didn't match the overall quality of the hotel. A few staff members could be more informative, especially regarding the hotel layout and available amenities. Enjoyable stay but some improvements would make it perfect.

Excellent breakfast and great vibes
The breakfast was a highlight! Fresh pancakes and a variety of mushrooms really set the tone for the day. The staff were super friendly, especially at the poolside snack bar. The location was sweet, just a short stroll to the beach. Just wish the coffee at breakfast had a better flavor.
